No, you don’t need to purchase Smart Logbook again!

Although the app purchase entitles you to use Smart Logbook on all your current and future devices, you may need to take action when switching devices. The app always starts out in free trial mode and needs to be “unlocked” using your previous purchase.

The process for transferring your Smart Logbook app purchase to a new device depends on which mobile platform you’re switching from and to. These questions address each of the possible scenarios:

Note that the sync subscription is designed to be shared automatically by all devices signed into the same Smart Logbook sync account, so there’s usually nothing you need to do for that. The exception is if you’re switching to use iOS exclusively and have an active sync subscription that was purchased on Android (or if you’re moving from iOS to Android).
