How do I transfer my Smart Logbook purchase from iOS to an Android device?

I’ve switched from iOS to Android; how do I transfer my app purchase?

Because Android and iOS use different app stores, the Smart Logbook app purchase and sync subscription don’t automatically transfer. However, we can provide a code to unlock the app on your new Android device. Just email us to confirm your iOS purchase and we’ll generate and send you the code.

To confirm your purchase, you can tell us your Smart Logbook sync account email (More > Sync Status on iOS, or ≡ > Sync Status on Android), and we’ll use that look up your purchase. Alternatively, you can forward us your purchase confirmation email from Apple or a screenshot of your Purchase History in the App Store.
