I’ve switched from Android to iOS; how do I transfer my app purchase?
Because Android and iOS use different app stores, the Smart Logbook app purchase and sync subscription don’t automatically transfer. However, we can provide you with a code to “unlock” the app on your new iOS device. Just send us an email to confirm your Android purchase and we’ll generate and send you the code.
To confirm your purchase, you can just tell us your Smart Logbook sync account email (More > Sync Status on iOS, or ≡ > Sync Status on Android), or the email for the Google account you used to purchase Smart Logbook (you can find this via the Play Store app). Alternatively, you can send us your purchase confirmation email from Google Play.
