I’d like to use Smart Logbook on a larger device.
Maybe! Smart Logbook can be installed on some non-mobile devices. See below for details.
Mac
Many Apple MacBooks (2020 or later, with an Apple silicon chip) have native support for iOS apps. On these devices you can install Smart Logbook directly from the Mac App Store. See this page in the App Store User Guide:
Use iPhone and iPad apps on Mac with Apple silicon
Chromebook
Many Chromebooks support running Android apps, which can be installed from the Google Play Store. See this help page from Google:
Install & use Android apps on your Chromebook
If you want to sign into Smart Logbook on a Chromebook with an email link, you’ll need to first enable this option in the ChromeOS Settings app:
Signing in with a Google account or Apple ID should work out of the box.
Windows
Currently, there is no Windows version of Smart Logbook.
